"We enjoyed working with the folks at Flooring Factory to install new engineered hardwood in our LR/DR area and porcelain tile in the galley kitchen. Emily, Bryan, and Milena were great representatives during the selection, scheduling, and follow up process. The installers worked professionally to complete the work and Kyle returned for very minor touch up on a few wood floor seams. The material we chose were Mullican Hillshire 5" Oak Suede engineered hardwood. It is warm, neutral, not too light and not too dark. For the kitchen we used Happy Floors Eternity 12 x 24 Almond tile. It's a variegated creamy/white with some texture and perfect for our newly upgraded white cabinets and SW Natural Linen wall paint. The kitchen looks brighter, feels bigger, and is easier to keep clean. We highly recommend Flooring Factory for many of your building or remodeling needs."
