"They had a bracelet to be repaired for three months. I was promised that as soon as their machine was repaired my bracelet would be repaired first. I finally went and picked it up. The final touch was they lost the piece of gold they were supposed to put back on. Now I get to pay even more to replace the entire catch which is antique and I have not found a replacement. I can’t believe these incompetents are still in business. I’ll never have anything to do with them again."
