"Do not make a special trip to this place to find something on sale you might need, (even though the quality is much better than previous years), they will not have it don't waste your time or effort because they will not have it. Also don't join the insiders traders club, it's a waste of hard earned money because they will not have those items and they will not substitute what they don't have."

"Stood in check out line today, waiting; went to an open cash register and was abruptly told to go back and wait in line. Definitely need to brush up on customer service. Was eventually checked out by a pleasant young man (a different cashier) luckily, because the first cashier's encounter certainly made me feel like an inconvenient interruption there."

"Nothing wrong with the store, just the workers are always rude whenever I check out. Been there 3 times and had 3 different people check me out. I always try to be nice to everyone even if they're rude. They just seem angry at me for no reason. Makes me uncomfortable."
