"I have several rental prices and heard Damien gave good pricing, so i had him install carpeting in one of my rentals. Everything was fine until the carpeting started to come up from the floor. I wasn’t upset there was an issue. It happens. The problem is he was non responsive. I left several messages as well as texts. He ended up blocking me, and I called from a different number and left a message telling him I was someone else and interested in him doing work to see if would call back. He did within mins. I told him who it was, and said he would take care of the issue. He gave me a day and ended up not doing that day. When I asked for another day, no response even after multiple calls and tests. I even told I would end up the taking in whatever way legally i could if he didnt respond. no response… I hate leaving bad reviews but feel compelled. Have never seen anyone with zero level of professionalism. His pricing is good, but if there is an issue, forget it. You will be stuck."
