"No reflection on Dr. Inman but I have been incredibly frustrated today. I called the doctors office to have my prescription refilled around 9am. The woman said that I had another month on my prescription. I went to Costco to pick it up today and here is what they told me. (Disclosure, I just had surgery on my leg so even getting to Costco to pick up medication is a production in itself.) The pharmacy couldn’t give me the prescription because there was an error from the doctors office. This particular medication I take twice a day. The prescription that was written and sent to Costco in April, only had one dose. So they could give me half of my needed prescription. If they called the doctors office to straighten this out, it would start my prescription over in 15 days. However, the last two months, I was able to pick up my prescription no problem. Since the pharmacy caught the error, they wouldn’t allow me to have what I have been taking for years. I’ve been calling the office for hours now, Monday is a holiday, and it will be at least 15 days without my meds. The fact that I called ahead of time to avoid problems, and there is a major issue now, is incredibly frustrating and disappointing in the people who work the offices."

"I had a wonderful experience at this office. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my wait time once I was there was very short. Once I arrived there the staff was super friendly and attentive. I could tell that my nurse actually enjoyed her job and that she was generally concerned for her patients which is something that is very comforting and important to me as a patient. She was wonderful and an absolute breath of fresh air. Dr. Inman himself was also great. I didn’t get the rushed, in and out feeling that I have gotten at other offices. Dr. Inman took the time to sit down with me and ask the questions he needed to ask to try and figure out what was really going on with me as well as taking the time to answer all of the questions that I had. I appreciated this office and its staff so very much!"

"My first visit with Dr. Inman today at Island Medical. He was very easy to talk to, he listens very carefully and I couldn’t be happier with my visit today. From the moment I walked in the staff was wonderful and very sweet. His nurse, what can I say I love her already! She was amazing at blood drawing! But don’t everyone run and go to this Doctor I want to be able to be seen quickly—joking!"
