"I went to Dr. Bruce Ball many years ago. THE WORSE doctor ever! He refused to listen to what I was saying and even told me I was fine. He literally argued with me on how I wasn’t feeling the way I said I was feeling. All while smiling in my face as he refused to write me prescriptions for meds I needed. I ended up leaving the office very frustrated, with a hefty bill and empty handed without prescriptions for the meds I needed. I ended up going to another allergy office where I was treated with kindness, understanding and was told how sick I was and given the prescriptions I knew I needed. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone!"

"Dr Ball has change my life. Seriously! He and his team spend quality time with me and I can’t thank them enough. I am in the office every 42 days for my shots and I see him personally once a year for my check up! Although I do try to sneak a peek every time I’m there just to say hi. But on my annual appointment he is always so attentive and concerned about what is the next step for my health. I have been a patient of his for five years now. I can happily say I have not been in the hospital once since I started seeing Dr. Ball. My primary care doctor got tired of sending me to the hospital because of my severe allergy attacks. I am so grateful that he sent me to Dr Ball. The staff is amazing. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me."

"He was not a good fit for us. When I seek medical attention for myself or my children I expect a provider that will listen, answer questions and discuss options with me. Dr Ball did none of that. I was basically told what “we” were going to do for my child. None of my questions were answered to my satisfaction, including the concerns I had about the treatments he recommended. We will not be back even for our test results. I plan to take him to another allergist that hopefully can develop a relationship with the patient/family. The office paperwork even states “the degree to which you follow these recommendations will determine how much improvement you see”. So basically “if your child gets better it’s because of my recommendations, and if your child doesn’t, it’s because you didn’t follow my recommendations.”"
