"The front office is perhaps the worst we have ever dealt with. It's like they don't even have a clue about customer service! Not worth the hassle dealing with the incompetent, bumbling, and ineffective administrative staff. Even if the doctor is good at treating patients, he needs help with different people running the office. We've been trying to go to a different doctor because the admin staff is so poor, but the admin team here won't transfer the records to our new doctor."
