Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Would be nice if they could atleast try and keep "bankers hours" Having multiple business and accounts with BOA since 2009 these limited hours at the few remaining locations in my area is very frustrating. Maybe it's finally time for a bank change."

"Came in to open another account. there was one person ahead of me. The supervisor walked right passed me to assist fed ex. Didn’t speak didn’t do anything. Then start looking at family photos of a customer who Natalie else was assisting. Now there is 6 ppl in line one of which walked off. They clearly do not pride themselves in customer service or taking ppl time into consideration. First time coming inside this location and the last. If you see ppl waiting for assistance help them. Then after waiting 15 mins she says she has to take care of something first. I swear it took 2 hours probably longer. Idk if she’s new or what but she handle the drive thru. It should not take that long."

"I have always gotten good service here. Before my husband passed 11/2018 every time I went through the drive thru or going inside, someone would ask how he was doing. Now that is customer service at it's best!"

"WORST customer service EVER! The head teller, who was a male, (only specifying gender bc I didn’t get his name) could not have been more rude. Was not helpful, was unfriendly and very condescending. When I asked about his demeanor he replied don’t mistake my directness for rudeness. If you have to quantify the statement then you are being rude."
