"Every time I bring my kids to this office the wait time once you get in the back is ridiculous. It’s like being in the emergency room . You have one staff member that will come in to collect information about the appointment. Then the nurse practitioner will come in just to ask the same questions. After another 45 minutes, the doctor will finally come in just to ask the same question and is out after five minutes. It’s ridiculous."
