"My husband sees Ms. Donovan on a regular basis for primary care. He was recently in seeing her for preoperative blood work and an EKG. Shortly after, he tested positive for COVID. After running a temperature for eight days and having a productive cough, he decided to call Ms. Donovan's office to see if he could get a zpak and a steroid to help him treat the symptoms. He was not short of breath but was tired from running a low grade temperature for so long. The nurse told him they would call him back. The return call wasn't from Ms. Donovan. The return call was from front desk stating he should go to ER. That's it! There was absolutely no reason for him to go to ER. She obviously didn't have time or desire to deal with him and his symptoms. We contacted a video doctor who didn't know him from ADAM. This doctor listen to his symptoms, thanked him for calling in and promptly called in a Zpak and Prednisone, which immediately helped with his symptoms. Within 3 days he was back to feeling like normal. No thanks to Ms. Donovan, his primary care person. We will definitely be looking for a new primary care office! Or we may continue to use the video service, as they were very helpful. Also, they did a follow up call, which Ms. Donovan's office has never done to see how my husband is doing. I would not recommend Ms. Donovan to anyone!"
