"I’ve lived with chronic back pain for 4 years due mostly to degenerative disc disease. In particular, sciatic nerve pain which runs from my lower back down my right leg causing constant annoyance and discomfort, limping, and unable to do many of the normal things one does in life. Pursuing back surgery for me, was not an option I chose to consider, so the only source of relief came in the form of muscle relaxers (which make me very tired) and steroid injections to the spine (which became very short lived and very expensive even with insurance).
