"My mother gave her taxes to them 7 months ago.. the taxes have yet to be done and when contacted was told I put your stuff in a box and don’t know where it is! She knew that my mother was using this money to see my nephew graduate from high school and now she has to miss her grand sons most important day for unprofessional and classless behavior! DO NOT USE THEM! They will lose your stuff and not even have the decency to let you know it’s lost. Disgusting people"

"This business was highly recommended to me. I took my tax info to Mrs. Estelle in mid-January to get seven years of back taxes filed from when I lived in Canada, plus 2017 which was current. I brought her my paperwork and figured it was in capable hands. Long story short, I got "just a few more days" and "early next week for sure" for months. Granted, I was more patient than I should have been, but she accomplished literally absolutely NOTHING on my taxes in nearly 6 months. Not one single year got filed. When I requested my papers back, she gave me back most of it, but seems to have lost my 2017 info. I've since taken my tax info to a professional who has accomplished more in the past month than she did in 6."

"It takes alot for me to post a review on Google. My experience, and my families, was so bad that I have to give this establishment one star. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized and lacks any motivation to do what they are paid for. My taxes are pretty simple but I like having them done professionally for peace of mind. I was told I was getting a sizeable refund when filing but ended up getting several hundred dollars less when the refund was deposited into my account. This was in March. All I wanted was for them to look over my taxes and see if there was an error. I have called and called and called and never get an answer. The few times I do get someone to pick up the phone, I'm told she is with a customer, on the phone or some other lame duck excuse and never get a call back. They even told me one time she was on the phone with the IRS trying to figure out what happened. That was over two weeks ago. Today, my dad stopped by to pick up my paperwork because we are done with them. At first they told him they didn't have my taxes or paperwork and it wasn't until he told them it was physically handed to them that it "magically" appeared. For my parents, they were given a great refund until a call from the IRS two days ago informed them otherwise. Now they owe almost exactly what they got back and her response was "oh well." In short, this place is absolutely horrible. They always say they will call you back but never do, they constantly lose paperwork and can't do taxes correctly to save their life. For your own sake, avoid this place and go somewhere else to a place that knows what they are doing."

"EDIT: These people are absolute criminals. Do NOT use them. After I posted this review they went and filed my taxes completely unauthorized and without my signature. On top of that, they were done completely wrong. They made sure that I owed as much as possible as payback for this review. I took my paperwork to another tax office where it was done correctly and I owe two thousand less than what they have me owing the IRS. Never once did they ever have any contact with me and just filed it without my permission. They need to be shut down asap and the IRS will know about their business and probably be auditing everything they've turned in. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst, most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They were recommended by a friend so I thought they could be trusted and I couldn't have been more wrong. After dropping off my paperwork and filling out their forms, they told me they would call me in a couple days. I didn't hear back for a few weeks. I called to check on it and they said they would call me back. Never heard anything for another week or so. Called again and find out they completely lost all my paperwork. Everything I had!! Which was a lot! They couldn't locate it for months and being a student I needed my return for my student loans. I was on a deadline and I told them that. They repeatedly said they would be in contact and NEVER were. They never once called me. I had to keep calling over and over and every time I called they acted like they didn't know who I was. Finally, I had the friend who recommended them call and they said they found my paperwork and my return had been done but they STILL never called me. I finally went into the office to pick up my paperwork and once again, they acted like they didn't know me. The person who prepared my return wasn't there and the girl at the front said she would call me tomorrow to explain what was going on since none of it made sense. I STILL have never heard from them. It took 3 months to get my paperwork back and I have to take my forms to someone else to do them now. The office is filthy and disorganized and crawling with children. It looks more like a daycare than a tax office. Also, I missed my cutoff for my student loans because of them. Please please please, do not, for your own safety, use this business. You WILL regret it. Honestly, I will probably be reporting them to the BBB because no one should have to deal with this. They should not have a business license."

"Estelle is brilliant. She knows her tax code and does annual classes on any updated tax laws which the morons at the IRS are constantly adding to steal working people's money. She has done our taxes for 28 years and never missed a beat. Any mistakes were mine or the IRS's. She inputs what information you give her and if there is a mistake I guarantee it isn't on her side. I dread the day she retires. We own our own business with multiple Schedule C's and W2 income combined. Its a mess each year and she keeps it out of audit! I can say nothing of the others in the office as I insist on Estelle to do ours, but I hope they will show themselves to be trained into her legacy. My kids will need an accountant because they will work for a living."
