"Horrible experience filing my taxes here. Asked for an experienced tax professional to file taxes with specific needs. I was set up with Raquel who was advertised as their most experienced tax professional. She was unprofessional and did not seem to understand the available refunds for home energy improvements at all. Assuming she is representative of the best they have to offer, they don't have much to offer that you can't do with a free online program. All they do is click the boxes their online program prompts the user for. And the supposed tax professional doesn't even seem to understand the simple boxes that well either. FYI, they will not tell you how much they are going to charge you for their service until after they are done. That seems wrong from the start, but thats what I get for waiting till the last minute. Will definitely NOT be returning to H&R Block!"
