"I came to the office spoke with Tammy regarding my documents. Tammy didn’t want to file all of my 2020 documents! Stating I need to wait until next year to claim a 2020 form. I constantly stated I’d rather not and file 2020 now. I stated that Mrs Quentina helped me the last few years and it was a great experience Tammy stated she’s a senior tax preparer over Quentina “isn’t that that chubby one”. I thought that was rude! She told me to go to wal mart. That Quentina had just left to go to that destination I went and Quentina was not there Beth was. Quentina didn’t come in until 4pm. I didn’t understand the lie or rudeness from the moment I sat down. I’ve always had great times very polite and professional experiences with mrs marsha and Quentina but this year will be my last year filling due to the harsh treatment, unprofessional issues, lies, and run around!"
