"If I could rate my counselor that I saw here I would give her 4 stars. However, I would give the receptionist 0. Or maybe even negative stars. My counselor recommended that I see a psychiatrist and I am unemployed unable to afford one. Lexington Mental Health takes days before you can even see anyone. The receptionist is rude and very unprofessional. She took a long vacation and my appointment wasnt booked after speaking with my counselor the last time I came for a visit. She, then, blamed the mishap on me and my appointment was given to someone else. I tried to attempt suicide this past week and got released from the hospital with hope of being seen and keeping myself financially afloat. I would not reccomend this facility if you need prescriptions or want good service. Kayleigh is a wonderful counselor if you need sole therapy. I will not be returning to this company for any other services and will not be recommending them to anyone that I know or talk to. Please rehire a new receptionist that will be kind and understanding to clients."
