We found the Family Teachers to be very loving and they provided much needed structure and teaching of independent living all while encouraging the children to be loving. We were very impressed with their approach to behavior challenges because it gave consequences with opportunity to work hard to gain their positive points back. Their positive effort to improve was recognized and rewarded. They were generous with our time to call and visit and let us be part of the teaching keeping us informed. I love the concept of family living for these children and was just amazed at how loving and patient they were! We will start in a much better place with these children when we bring them home because of the relationships these Family Teachers have formed with them while teaching them how wonderful family living is when there is structure, stability,and love.
