"none of the mechanics seem to know what they’re doing. came up to pick up my truck that they’ve had for 5 months now trying to figure out what’s wrong with it and i get there and i see everyone walking around aimlessly as if they need something to do. charged me almost $15,000 more than they quoted me after having my truck for 5 months and after paying a “down payment” and it not going towards to the price we agreed on. management is only concerned about how much money they can make versus actually providing good service. if i would’ve known this is how my experience was going to go i would have NEVER trusted them with the my time, money, and most importantly the vehicle that puts food on my table. please save yourself the heartache and headache and avoid this place at all costs!!!"
