"I forgot to write a review when I initially had my PC questions answered. I repair PC's myself and I was completely stumped with my issue at the time. He was fast, efficient, and so so friendly. Since there was no repair, he didn't charge me, which I didn't expect, he gave me solid advice and I found a solution just like Robert said I would. I will ONLY come to this business when I have issues. If I could give a 100/5 stars I would, well worth it."

"Options are limited for performance PC service in Florence, and Robert was well worth the two hour drive to West Ashley. He diagnosed and fixed a truly baffling hardware issue in an impressively short amount of time and at an incredibly reasonable price. Communication was 10/10, as well. "The owner was friendly and try to help me out as much as he could. Clearly he knows what he is doing and has lots of experience. In the end the price was really fair as well. I even regret not knowing about him and buying a pre-built PC as I'm sure he would have done an amazing job assembling one for me. Totally recommended!"

"Great experience! From submitting contact form on website to picking up my pc it was about a week and a half. The pickup was delayed because one of the parts was damaged (the case) when received. He offered to give me a free gaming keyboard/mouse if I didn't swap out the case but when I asked to go ahead and swap he said it was no problem and did so free of charge. He also took out some lights from the damaged case and added them to the new case so my case has the double the RGB lights it came with. Overall great experience and very affordable! Would definitely recommend and will use in the future if I want another pc built."
