"I do a lot of traveling and stop at a lo of gas stations. The TA Richmond Hill Travel Center is definitely one of the worse that I have been to. The female restroom does not look like it has been cleaned in quite some time. The toilets all looked clogged, completely disgusting. My husband went into the male bathroom to find that there was no toilet paper in the stall! Really? I went out to get some coffee from their machines. For the coffee machine, there is a sign posted that there are no lids. On the cappuccino machine, there is a sign "Out of Order". I gave up and just left... If I can help it, I will not be returning to this gas station!"
