"I arrived home at 7pm to find I had no water. After resetting the breaker to the well pump didn’t resolve the matter, I knew I needed to call someone and fast. A quick Google search brought up Lancaster Well Drilling. Teresa answered on the 2nd ring and she was so kind and helpful. She and Mr. Richard were at my house in less than an hour to investigate the problem. The 30+ year old well pump for my property had finally gone out. They also recommended a replacement tank after evaluating its condition. The very next day the pump was replaced by Mr Richard and his team and just one day after that, the new tank was installed. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, kind and attentive the Lancasters are. These are good people who know their stuff! I am grateful that I called them and would recommend them to anyone in the area."
