"Tim Tucker was able to view my home and quickly and honestly tell me that I did NOT need any new insulation. Since he was so honest about my insulation needs, or in the case...my not needing insulation I had him look at my A/C unit. Again, his honesty impressed me. He let me know that my internal unit needed to at least be cleaned out, and it should probably be replaced. Instead of just replacing part of a 10 year old unit, I decided to replace my entire system. Tim kept me in the loop about when my unit was arriving, when his team would show up, and about how long install would take. Once installation was done, Tim spent an extra hour staying at my home to ensure that everything was running smoothly. We still keep in touch through email regarding my A/C unit and he makes sure we are still happy. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!!!!!!!"
