"Terrible! Sold me a new pump in January of 2021. He looked me right in my face and said, "the orange water could be bacteria and he didn't sanitize or disinfect my well, nor did they flush my lines for that $1500. As for my well, it stopped working 2 weeks ago in July 2022. I called them to come out and see what the issue is and he suggested that the wire and breaker connection was "burnt out." He told me, "I bet once a new breaker and wire is connected to the pump it'll turn back on." I paid him to go ahead and fix the problem and it still isn't working. I also had to dig a trench across my yard to bury the wire running from my breaker box to the well pump. I also asked him about sanitizing and disinfecting my well in order to get rid of the orange iron bacteria I suffer with and he suggested against it. He also suggested against me having a new well installed claiming that all the surrounding wells have the same problem. That is a lie!!! I get clear and clean water from my cousins house every day now. I would suggest that Johnson's Well Drilling go ahead and go out of business! It's been an expensive and terrible experience."
