"Worst A/C company I've dealth with. they're just scammers. I had A/C and heat repair done in July by this company, great first service because of tony, who they fired because he probably figured out how much this company scams, anyhow, I paid 377 dollars to make sure my unit was working heating and A/C but now I'm having the same problem. Todays service the technician Brian tried to charge me over 250 dollars for a squirt of oil for my motor. They charge 95 dollars just to come to the house to be decoration and such a simple issue could be resolved in that amount but and extra 150 dollars for a squirt of oil is ridiculous.I might a wear a donkey mask to pay for that. And no special oil either just wd40. Yes, a 5.99 can of wd40 at Walmart. This company is a joke."
"Attempting to handle business for the landlord who is traveling international. As the property manager, we have the contract which puts us in control of the property and mandates high value maintenance like the HVAC system. The tenants are suffering and they refused to send a technician to diagnose and repair in this 85-degree weather. No bueno!"
"Guys did a great job. Kept us informed throughout the process. Replaced our heat pump (inside and outside unit). Registered our new system with Carrier. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with these folks and I will use them in the future."

Their workers are clean, timely, respectful and honest. Even their vehicles are kept clean. Spartan may not be the cheapest in town, but they are very reputable.
