"My elderly father had no AC for an entire summer. They no showed, canceled appointments, didn’t answer phone calls. They ordered wrong parts and delayed the process with their incompetence several times. And then Ken had the audacity to swear and hang up on us when after six months we told him we were frustrated with them. Totally unprofessional. Do not use them."

"Avoid this company at all costs. They are the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, with the owner/operator Kenneth screaming at us on more than one occasion, not letting us know prices beforehand, not being able to be here when needed and ultimately, not completing the job. On the first visit, their workers ripped open our crawlspace liner and never even acknowledged it, let alone apologizing or offering to fix it. They left a mess that we then had to clean up ourselves because they "didn't have the right equipment" (a shop vac). We now have to start looking for another company after waiting months for M&M to not deliver. Terrible experience from the start."

"Without getting into the sordid story of the first crooked contractor sent by our home warranty company, Mechanical & More was assigned to a claim for well repair. After discovering a leak (Wednesday) and being told no one could service it for 24 hours we shut off our well to avoid further drywall damage. When the first tech got here (Thursday) we couldn't get the water turned back on. I won't get into the 48 hours of nonsense that followed here, but the tech that came out from Mechanical and More (so sorry I forgot to even ask his name) discovered that the switch had been tripped when we flipped our well breaker and told us how to use it in the future. He was in and out in less than an hour, friendly, helpful and now we can move on and get the initial leak fixed! After three days without water Mechanical & More LLC came to our rescue on a Saturday even though they don't work weekends. We are so grateful for the ease with which this exchange was handled. I wish it was always this way."
