"A true southern “hole in the wall” restaurant. They’ve got my accent pulled out and moanin obscenities at the table. I couldn’t help myself. I left stuffed and two take home boxes in hand. I’m disappointed I’ve lived my life so far without this place being in my rotation. You have to go. I’d tell you to order the (fill in the blank) but everything was beyond amazing. I don’t think there’s a bad thing on the menu. The service was also lovely. They’ll make you feel at home."

"We had lunch here for the 1st time. Three people got the brisket sandwich and one for the Cuban. The food was delicious. The fries we just like the ones my dad homemade as a kid! Definitely try this place!"

"My friend and I were on vacation for a few days and decided to eat lunch here. I ordered the brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was the best tasting brisket sandwich I have ever had! Nothing anywhere else compares to it. I only want to vacation here again so that I can have lunch or dinner and order this sandwich again. It’s a must try!!! It was very reasonably priced too!"

"The only thing worth one star was that it was 1/2 price Senior night, and the service was good. The outside of the restaurant is pretty. Inside basic booths and tables. Hush puppies were over fried and dripping with grease. Fried catfish was not greasy but the fish was mushy. See the plate of fat LEFTOVER from 4 slices of brisket. The worst I have ever had! Tasted boiled. Cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad and collard greens came from a can."

"the food was FANTASTIC! We all had different dishes. the jumbo fried shrimp were huge. the fried catfish was delicious and fell apart eating it...SUPER YUMMY! The boys loved their sandwiches...no one had leftovers."
