"Great service …when you get it. Last year, we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled time…this year…we are 30 minutes past and still waiting. They need to have less time slots so clients get attention and no one is waiting around that long with an appointment. Also, there is no receptionist so you walk in and wait for someone to stop doing work to acknowledge you which makes the process longer. The people are fabulous and the work great but if I have an appointment at 3, I don’t want to sit until 345 to see someone."

"My husband and I went in for a simple service. Agent was unprofessional, lacking in current and relevant tax laws and was out right rude to us. I had even pulled up a current law in the office as I was sitting there to show the agent that he was incorrect in what he was stating and his response was, ughhh well! We ended up leaving and not finishing what we needed to file. We were told that there would still be an office fee, we obliged, paid and left. I called back to speak with a manager over the incident, nothing, left messages, nothing. This location is poor in their customer service and I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUST THEM TO GIVE YOU CORRECT OR CURRENT TAX INFORMATION. Do yourself a favor and find someone who wasn’t trained by corporate to do this 4 months out of the year. Sincerely disappointed! Only filled in the star because that’s what it took to get this to post."

"This location is absolutely horrible. I have paid for my taxes every year. Now they are robbing me of almost $1000 of tax refund money that I have already paid. Kaye Tollison is my agent and refuses to help me. The regional manager has made up horrific lies to support Kaye in robbing me. It is exponentially WRONG that these people are allowed to steal our tax Retreat when we have already paid for preparation."
