"They were so persistent until I finally placed an order in December 2022. They said will take up to two months until I receive my custom suit. I contacted them 3 months later and no answer. I had to call corporate and waste my time trying to get answers for a couple thousand dollar suit I ordered. Finally someone reached back to me March 13th saying they aren’t shipping it and they still did not ship nor did I hear back from them again. I just disputed this transaction with my credit card company. I’d recommend staying away from them. Highly unprofessional and they completely ghost a client after the order is placed. I also noticed a high turn over rate. The last two people I spoke to do not work for them anymore. It is a constant chase to find a point of contact."
