"This guy... look, I made a gesture of good faith and paid Parker for work he did, plus another $90 for a problem he found, that he needed to buy parts for. The issue he discovered was the root of all our problems, so he's a great plumber, but what a TERRIBLE business owner. Three weeks went by with our house knowingly getting wet inside during the crazy, wet Rabun County winter because he didn't want to "make a special trip" for a piece of metal. No patch, no nothing, then crickets, unresponsive. The day I file a claim with my bank, he curiously replies saying he'll give us our money back, too late! Now, several months later, this guy is still holding our money hostage after a long, drawn out process with our bank... he needs it more than I do, I guess..."
