"Ordered ahead to get coffee, when we got there the one person working had the lights turned off and left. We waited for 15 minutes and no one even came back or tried to help us, and we had to leave without a refund."
"As I was placing my order the cashier resumed her texting on her cell phone. I asked about the refresher she said we don’t have that. I then ordered a pink drink. When I received it I was then informed they did not have all of the ingredients that are in the pink drink that I paid full price for. Never again."
"$2.83 for a cup of coffee. Not a latte or anything fancy, just coffee. Really? And the service seems slower; used to be that if I ordered just coffee the person who took my money would just turn around, pour the coffee and give it to me right then. But now they just put it in the queue and I have to wait and pick it up down the counter. This time I waited while the employee had her back to me for several minutes working on some paperwork. I'm pretty much over Starbucks."
"Stood there for about 2-3 minutes without anyone greeting me at all. The female had an airpod in her ear and didn’t take my order when she was clearly available. Male worker took my order and made it quickly, just lack of positive communications and attitude at this location."
