"The caregiver they provided was great. We only used our caregiver a couple of times a month, as my husband and I have do not have set schedules. The only reason we stayed with the company for 6 months was because of our caregiver. There is terrible communication between patients and the company. They missed scheduling a caregiver multiple times, but again we had good communication with our caregiver. They failed to let us know as of January 16th they had no PRN caregivers, and set schedules need to be fixed. They failed to let us know by mail, email, or by phone of these changes at all. We found out about these changes when we tried to schedule a caregiver and now we are in a bind. When we called they just said sorry, no assistance at all. The company was bought out and basically doesn't exist anymore."

"I was a caregiver for this company & this specific office. They paid me well & offered benefits that I needed. They do their best to place you with a client that you’d do best with & vise versa. The office staff was always friendly. I never had an Issue with them & even if I couldn't drive (car trouble) the office staff (operation manager specifically) drove me to clients. I never met the owner but she did help us caregivers out big time by not increasing our health insurance cost. I can only say good things about this company & the staff here. The only reason I left the job is because of personal reasons. I was getting burnt out & I have some mental health issues."

They have even go e out of their way to do little extras when I was in a jam. The owners are very family oriented and all around good genuine people. Thank you to all at Home Instead Senior Care."
