"Todd came out to try to help us solve a problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and Jordon Air for any AC, Heating or Plumbing problems you might have. There are four more tech’s that worked on installing new equipment and servicing my old equipment. Lane, Abraham, Austin and Daniel. These guys were great. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend Jordan Air without hesitation. Austin Samples is a well qualified technician. He helped install a Mini Split at my home. He did a great job. Glad to recommend Todd came today for the final inspection of the mini split that was installed in my home. "Very professional and trustworthy. They are a big company, reasonably priced, yes you can find a cheaper handyman but with Jordan I know that they won’t charge me for things that are fine, it happened elsewhere. The first plumber couldn’t find the issue, then send a second plumber, really professional and got the work done. Again, very trustworthy, it’s a bad economy, don’t fall for small business’s scams, call Jordan and know that it will be professionally fixed!"
"Jordan Air is always great! Tim arrived late in the day to help me troubleshoot a last minute minor issue before closing on the selling of our home. He worked a little after hours just to make sure the job was finished up since we were both invested in it. Very knowledge and super friendly. The Customer service team is always great and they always have someone out quickly. I think Hannah helped me this time. She was super helpful and friendly."
