"I have been to this store twice, have a store credit card. Both times I’ve gone in, nobody spoke or asked if they could help. I made a purchase the first time but not the last time. The worker never acknowledged I was in the building but by passed me standing there to welcome in another employee. Probably my last visit to this particular store."
"While waiting in line to be rung up, I was having a conversation with my friend about an item I had seen on tik tok. The cashier jumped in the conversation, and gave inaccurate information about the origin of the term Master bedroom. In addition, she rang my dress up as full price, when it was on sale. On my way out, I verified the sign was 50% off and went back. I had to find another associate to help refund the difference. While standing there, the original associate acknowledged why we were standing there. No apology, just smugness. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it. I feel like I was undervalued as a customer."
"I purchased 5 bras at 50 bucks each 3 weeks ago. 3 out if the 5 have already messed up on me. Underwire is coming out, seams are busting. I made sure to be fitted so I wouldn't have these problems. At the price they sell these bras I wouldn't say they are worth it."

Ladies did not greet anyone nor were they very friendly. Did a quick walk though and left. It's been a long while since I visited a LB store and this is nothing like I remember them!
