"Terrible and inefficient service I went to the Greer office to have a 2012 Toyota Corolla vehicle I owned removed from coverage since I had sold it. The person who helped me got confused and ended up removing a 2023 Toyota Corolla vehicle from insurance. This mistake has negative consequences for me, since the vehicle is currently uninsured due to the negligence of the Stellar insurance staff. I have called since yesterday throughout the day to get them to solve their mistake and it has not been possible. He continued waiting for the call from manager Joselin or any representative of the company to solve the bad practice and be able to recover the insurance of the aforementioned vehicle. He held Stellar Insurance responsible for any legal consequences that the vehicle may have due to the situation generated by them."
