"If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT leave your dog here. My golden doodle was neglected when left here. She wasn't properly fed and lost weight. No one told us she wasn't eating. She also was asked to be groomed, she was cut so badly she needed 2 staples put in by a vet. She also came home urinating all over the place and is currently being seen at the vet to figure out how to help her with this new problem she never had. The owner claims this wasnt happening at the facility and only started since we brought her home which obviously is a lie. They still charged us full price for her stay even though she was not taken care of the way anyone would hope. I now not only am paying for an expensive dog boarding but also for vet bills to have her treated. Again, do not leave your pet here if you value their health. Edit: this was posted before they decided to give us a partial refund. I will say they refunded $200 of her stay. My dog is still in the vet with me being examined. Go ahead and decide if you want to take the chance."

"I am in the market for a new grooming boarding facility. The boarding facility I used to go to has been sold and their service is not the same. I walked in. There was no one at the front. I waited a few minutes. Eventually walked in from the back. I asked him a a few questions in regards to his boarding policy vs. The place smelled clean and it was quiet. He told me what I must do in order to book at the facility and showed me the most current rates on fact sheet. However, I was not offered a tour. I asked for one and I was told that that was not something that they did. I could’ve heard that incorrectly but if that is the case, I don’t feel 100 percent comfortable with leaving my little buddy somewhere and not be allowed to see the facility or how he would be housed. That will be the only reason I would be concerned."

"The owner Jeremy and his team really does care for every animal that walks through his doors. I’ve worked in a few daycares in the area and have seen many counts of abuse and neglect. The Bark Park is the only business I’ve seen here that operates on complete honesty and care. Jeremy and his team are kind, caring, and the only business in the lowcountry I trust to take care of my dog."

"You can see from the pics that she was all shaggy for her first full cut. I.was nervous but soooo happy with how she groomed her perfectly. We are pleased and will not go any other place for boarding or grooms!!"
