"This is now the 3rd time I've stressed the importance of needing a medication filled same day, and this CVS location continues to get it wrong. A prescription was sent by the doctor at 9am and I received a text that they were working on it and would text me when it's ready. I checked on the status 4 hours later and they tell me they don't have it in stock, but I can reach out to another CVS to obtain the medication. 1.) When were they planning to inform the customer of this? 2.) The proper way to handle this situation is for the pharmacist to contact their other CVS locations to find out who has the medication and then call the customer immediately to inform them of where to go to fill the prescription. The customer should not have to jump through hoops to pick up medication. I've tried to be patient because of the convenience of this location, but I will now move all prescriptions to a competitor."
