"We love our groomer and over the past 10 years we have followed her from locations to now her own shop. Atticus our Springer is difficult for grooming. He either wants to play or lay down and be grumpy. So when we found an Angel to groom him, we were customers for life. "My pup is sweet as can be… until she is getting her nails done. I had been taking her to PetSmart but they have a policy against muzzling so I knew I had to find somewhere else for the safety of my pup and the groomers. I spoke with Blue Ribbon about my concerns and they assured me they could accommodate us. My pup Stella had her first visit today and we will definitely be back! They said she was so sweet and they were able to work with her to keep her calm during her nail trim up until the last foot when they had to use a muzzle but assured me they would continue to work with her during future visits. I’m excited that I have found someone consistent to bring my girl to so that she can become more comfortable with each appointment. Thanks y’all!"
