Your promotions will always be earned and your belts and stripes will be a true testament of your skill level. Coach Charles, the kickboxing/Muay Thai instructor, is a very cerebral striker. He'll break down moves into digestible chunks and make sure that what you're doing is right. He is a true teacher, blending philosophy and physics in his instruction to empower students not just with the ability to punch and kick, but with the kind of insight that makes you a high caliber martial artist. These guys really care about what they do. Ryne and Charles are patient teachers that are happy to impart all the knowledge they have to their students. Plus, they're just straight up nice dudes. And the atmosphere of this gym is one of enthusiasm, fun, growth, and respect. I highly recommend this gym if you're visiting or living in Augusta. People of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and skill levels are warmly welcomed to this inclusive gym."
