"From the moment you enter the door (ok, technically from the time they called to help me schedule my trial class) they SEE you. They learn your name, they encourage you, they challenge you, they listen to your goals, they make you laugh. They have an AMAZING business model that is others focused. The coaches take time to plan very well designed workouts and focus on form. They offer education, correction, modifications, and challenges so that you never feel like you can’t do something or that you can’t grow. It’s amazing how attentive they are and how much they want to celebrate each accomplishment, no matter how small you may think it is, they want to celebrate. They understand consistent, small gains bring great results. And the results are wonderful, my quality of life has improved.
