"We were running a little late and texted the shop to let them know. They didn’t say anything about a late limit. We drove 30 mins and arrived 25 mins behind. Upon arrival they said anything over 15 mins they had to reschedule. Well they could have told us that before we drove 30 mins. Rude, unprofessional, and poor customer service. I won’t be returning here with my cat."
