"Simply exceptional! We've been getting our pork and beef from Savannah River Farms for about a year now and it never fails to wow us! I started using their lean ground beef in our family meatball recipe and even my mother couldn't believe how much better it tasted. Their sausages are especially outstanding though--the spices are well balanced, not overwhelming and the sausage is not full of a bunch of filler like many other companies. The result are dense, plump, flavorful and not greasy or fatty. We've enjoyed the chorizo, andoullie, and bratwurst so far! Haven't had a bratwurst that delicious since we were in Germany! Can't wait until they start offering chicken as well!"
