"It's a small room 50s or 60s, type motel that you do get good businessat. and the owner there is very negotiable. but the fact that they serve no food or much less has an outdoor area takes away from it all well ...at least what little bit it do have. Actually it's been around since the 50s. And there's no sign of upgrade anytime soon."

"The owner has a bad attitude on a regular basis. The owner said it was picky to ask for a room with a microwave and refrigerator which is not picky. The owner lied and said there was no internet on the property when there really was internet on the property. The owner gave us the internet code to us the internet before and this time he lied and said there is no internet on the property when there really is internet for us to use. The bathrooms are old, cold and not properly ventilated. The water takes a while to get cold. The hot water is really lukewarm water. The carpets are old and dilapidated. The owner does not want to give his real name. The owner gets upset everytime I have asked what his real name was. I deserve to know the real name of who I am talking too, who I am giving my information too, and who I ultimately give my money to! There is mildew, mold, and fungus growing in the rooms bathrooms and other places on the property! No one is checking these motels for health problems, lack of respect from the owner and his favorite customers being disrespectful. They just get away with their crimes. People drive through the parking lot playing loud music repeatedly throughout the night. People slam their doors making peace a far away pleasure to obtain. The maid is a man who does not clean the rooms in detail - he just cleans where he thinks he should clean. The television statics on varying channels. The television remote does not always work. The ice machine is just yard art. The child's slide in front of the motel is just yard art and not suitable for play of any kind. You can't use the telephone here either. The paint is flaking off the interior and exterior of the different materials. When telling this to the owner - it is Your fault and You caused all the problems so You can leave. The owner laughs about these things and he does these things to certain other people...yet he does not laugh at them and lie about there not being internet. No matter who is the customer - he is the owner and he is allowing his property to remain, and accumulate more health and hazardous problems! It is his responsibility to fix these problems and to stop demanding money for unhealthy, unsafe, hazardous living conditions!!!"

"Absolutely the most discusting place ive ever stayed. Walls had filth dripping from it. Carpet never cleaned and BED BUG INFESTATION!!! Mold in bathroom, twin headboard on king bed. Burn holes in bedding oh yeah and BED BUG INFESTATION!!!!!"
