"I have lived here for a full year and the internet here is just deplorable. It has not hardly improved and I feel like I just have to constantly complain for them to even take a look at it. I had to get my parents involved for them to even come and look at the internet. It hardly works and it cuts out all the time. There is nothing to do in Greenwood so most weekends I just have to sit here because the internet is just so bad. It is so irritating to pay this much to live here and they just do not care about the student's experience."

"There are many maintenance issues and they don't get fixed quickly. The entire complex was built before the 90s and has never been modernized. The laundry room is extremely worn down the the machines leave more dirt on your clothes than they remove. "BV" is one of the largest residence Hall's at lander as far a square feet per person so that is one positive."
