"Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers on Thursday evening from my husband for our anniversary from this place. The next day the flowers were dying or dead. We kept them in a safe cool environment ( not my first time with flowers ) by Sunday they were all dead. My husband left a message with the florist and never received a return call, she claimed she hadn't gotten her voice mail in 6 days! He called back Wednesday and talked to someone and all they did was play the blame game! Very unprofessional! Never offered a refund or at the very least a GC. If you want your flowers to last, please be advised this is not the place to go. I will answer your reply, we offered to send you pictures, you did not care at all until my review. We do work , and you close early. We also offered to bring them Saturday again with out reply. Do not blame us for not bringing them back, when you had every chance to make this right and you suggested nothing . My review stands and I hope someone appreciates the honest review and goes somewhere else"
