"My wife and I stayed here on our way back to Florida from New Jersey. We had made a reservation through Windham so we could use our points and were promised a room on the first floor. When we arrived the man at the desk told us that our room would be on the second floor. When we objected, he said we should have booked directly with the hotel. We told him we would go find another place to stay and then he finally found a room on the first floor. The man at the desk had no customer relations skills whatsoever. Aside from this, the room was okay although the bed was very high. The breakfast was awful, no coffee, dirty kitchen, no juice, dirty tables, no eggs, etc."

"This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Blood on the bed sheets, dirt all over the bed, floor filthy, we had to wear our shoes at all times. I couldn't sleep because it felt like bugs were crawling on me, the only reason we didn't leave is because our kids were exhausted as it was 11pm. Toilet and shower were dirty, towels were stained yellow, TV was broken. We needed an extra bed for one of our kids and they made us come back in and take it to our room ourselves which i thought was weird. Any other hotel would've brought the bed to us. They told us the wrong room number and then gave us an attitude when our key wouldn't work. I wish i could give this 0 starts cause that's what this place deserves. Anyone who is rating this 5 stars either works there or is friends with the owner because there is no chance anyone had a 5 star stay here. Completely unacceptable."

"This motel should not be allowed to use the Wyndham name! It was memorable but for all the wrong reasons. I always bring disinfectant to spray down the beds, etc. and I'm really glad I did this time. Maybe it was just our room, but I doubt it because it was just too nasty. Our room was not cleaned before we arrived. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, maybe a year. We could clearly see a dirt ring around the tub/shower, the toilet had stains and smears in and on it. The bottom of the toilet was also filthy and had not been cleaned in a very long time. We did not have enough CLEAN towels and wash cloths for our family of 4, and when my husband went to get more they told him they didn't have any wash cloths to come back in the morning. He went back in the morning and they told him to come back at 11! The floors were filthy which could easily be seen when you glanced around but you could really see it when we put our used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and accidentally moved them around. The fridge and microwave are a nice touch but the microwave looked like an office microwave that no one ever cleans! My son didn't sneeze anywhere during our stay until he entered this room. Mold maybe? The beds were tolerable but we were itchy when we got in them, both nights. I'm afraid to think why that might be. I'm hoping it was just my mind playing tricks on me. And after all that, we saw a roach! No surprise but still very disturbing. A literal roach motel. 1 star is too good for this motel!"

"The images online look very appealing. When we got there is was a different story. Our first room was incredibly dirty. We found mold on the bed, the floor was not swept, bugs and spider eggs on the windowsill and bed area, a dirty microwave and fridge, rusty lamps, feces and pubic hair on the toilet, and a disgusting sink. Make sure if you are bringing children to bring multiple changes of clothes and wipes as our daughter had black hands, feet, and knees after only a couple minutes in the room. On the other hand, I told the front end gentlemen and he had moved our room and after inspecting our second room, it seemed it was up to par with our standards. The outside of the hotel was completely run down and looked like it had never been renovated. The surrounding area was not good, especially for our 11 month old daughter. We heard banging on our walls from other tenants staying and we were constantly woken up by their loud conversations and laughing while smoking and doing other illicit substances. We also heard constant revving and shouting from off of hotel property. Overall, the only commendable part of the hotel stay were the short interactions with the young gentlemen at the front desk."
