"The worst ATMs ever. Drive up ate 20.00 of my 100 cash advance withdrawal. I used the walk up ATM at the end of last month and had my Capital One Credit Card skimmed for 100.00 and my other card also skimmed for 100.00 on the same day right after I paid my bill. Both are now being replaced. Avoid this branch. Does not seem to be monitored. Awful."

"Doesn't deserve any stars... I used this ATM in April, withdrew $600 and it took the money from my bank but gave an error message and didn't give any money. I thought they would just fix it if I called - NOPE. I spoke to the branch agent, their manager, the 800#, their manager, no one would do anything. The only option anyone gave was for me to call my bank and dispute it. MEANING my bill couldn't get paid that I needed the money for, my debit card needs to be stopped and re-issued, I need to change where my direct deposit goes, I need to change where all my autodrafted bills come from... AND I have to wait possibly months for my money back. I don't know how this is even legal. If the ATM gave me an extra $600 that I didn't give back they wouldn't think twice about putting me in jail for theft. This is absolute theft... oh and the icing on the cake was that the bank agent was very aware of this happening. Said it happens all the time but they thought this time "it was fixed". It's a lawsuit waiting to happen at this point."

"Guess I should have read these reviews before using an ATM at this location but who woulda thought. I’ve never had an experience like this before and I’m furious. went to withdraw $1200 to make a cash payment and the ATM had an error, says I wasn’t charged yet $1200 is gone from my account. Now just like others they said maybe… MAYBE I’ll get it back in 45 days. Once this is resolved I am immediately switching to another bank."

"Put $1306 in the ATM number NYE335. ATM said “some bills can not be accepted” and gave me $26 back. Then it said “TAKE YOUR MONEY OR IT WILL BE RETAINED”, but didn't present any money. So it “retained” $1280. Worst bank experience at a bank. Such an inconvenience. Glad they said I can MAYBE have it back in 45 days…"

"Worst ATM I have ever been too. Not the first time this happened. Can’t believe I just deposited $1500 cash in atm in this holiday season to have it disappear. At 4am Before going to work. NEEDED this funds EXTREMELY bad, exiting a pandemic and entering winter and Thanksgiving being this week. These repeated experience Has put me in the position to never want to bank with Capital one Again. The issues are too frequent. It’s always something with them. And I bank with BOA, chase, TD, Citibank and, by far Capital one is the worst..account still at 36.42$ dollars"
