"Just spent an hour trying to cash a check because their mobile app doesn’t work properly most of the time. So the teller who was extremely rude and incompetent told me it can’t be cashed because I wrote mobile deposit on the back!!! Seriously so now the check is worthless because their app isn’t working and their teller is even less reliable than their app! Took and hour for management to figure out that the word “mobile” could be crossed out! This is seriously and positively completely unprofessional, inappropriate and stupid! Not even an apology from this inept, rude teller! She never looked at me or even spoke to me! I have several accounts with Jovia which I will be closing as soon possible! Avoid this branch, never had this issue in their other branches. 0 stars! Horrible way to do business or treat a human being, let alone a customer!"
