"Very friendly staff Angie and Priscilla don't know if they are still there but they have my upmost respect thank you both I'll never forget y'all. Your very welcome I also would like to know if y'all would be hiring for a live on site housekeeper for my husband and I and our little service dog elliemae she is very sweet loves people and she is housebroken we are currently living in toccoa georgia with my cousin but she doesn't want us to be here we are very quiet people, friendly and you wouldn't have to pay me anything just furnish a room, I did meet y'all when I was staying there I left July 14th, you all are very friendly and made me and my little elliemae fell welcome and my room was clean never seen any bugs in my room some people are just very hurtful but again I wanted to say thank you for being so kind. I also have 19 years experience running a motel and I am a certified cna and I also am a excellent housekeeper very friendly and am able to get whatever needs to be done done I am very active and I never meet a stranger and will always make customers feel very welcome. Thank you again"

"We booked the room a week before our visit. When we walked up 3-4 ladies were standing by the door smoking. We walked up to the counter and was then greeting by one of the ladies from our front. Looking around the carpet needs to be vacuumed. There was a cup left on the counter (water spilled). The receptionist couldn't find our reservation, after showing her the confirmation email she got us a room key. We went up the dirty stairs past 5-6 crack heads milling around the lobby. Past the blaring T.V.. Got to our room and the carpet is torn up at the entry way. Then the smell hit us, it smelled like someone had been using that room as a toilet (strong urine smell) for a while. We didn't make it past that to see the condition of the bed or bath, we immediately turned around and asked for a refund. I put the bags in the car while my husband checked out. Could not leave fast enough. A customer in the parking lot asked if it's that bad, I simply said yes. Got a room elsewhere for the night and I still have the heebee jeebee's from just being there. Do not go there, if it's your only choice, stay in your car."

"Not a bad place that is located near I 85. Plenty of truck and trailer parking areas. A good Mexican restaurant next door. Their coffee availability isn't aligned with Red Roof Inn policy but has it out starting at 6 am. It would be a great opportunity to have the third shift start brewing earlier since most are travelers attempting to get an early start on the Interstate. Most Red Roofs have 24-hour coffee in the lobby. Only a suggestion. It's still a good value for their nightly rates."

"I made the mistake of booking without looking at reviews. I’m traveling with a dog so we needed a pet friendly hotel. We have stayed at Red Roof in the past and never had a bad experience however, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of walking into. The stairwells and hallways smell the cigarette smoke. Half of the hotel is being torn apart for renovations. We were put about two doors down from where the renovations started. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by a herd of cockroaches. Not a few, a whole bunch. We immediately went back to the front desk and told her of the situation, she instantly gave us a credit and sent us on our way. Didn’t even try to offer another room, nor was she shocked about the roaches. She said that the pest people had come and sprayed one side of the hotel and it sent all the bugs over there. Highly do not recommend this hotel. Filthy doesn’t even begin to cover it."

"Read on for the good the bad and the ugly in no particular order. The only reason I decided to stay here is because I knew they had an area for semi truck parking. This place is extremely cheap but it's the very definition of "you get what you pay for" so do remember that when considering. I called in early and they got me a room ready early for a small fee which was fine I guess. No issues with the guy running the place other than a little hard to understand. First impressions of room was no bad smells. Smelled plain as expected. There was no chair but I got one after asking for one. My room didn't have a microwave either or the in room coffee but i didn't need those so didn't ask but was suppose to have them. Most of the lights worked but one lamp didn't even have a light bulb in it, so a pointless decoration i guess. My ac worked fine but as others complained you can't turn the AC part off of auto so the compressor kicks on and off when it wants to but you can have the fan on all the time if you want. Its only March and imo the ac was barely keeping up (Turned as low as it would go) , probably useless in the summer. One good thing is the internet. No idea how secure it is but it was very fast. Honestly one of the fastest I've ever had in a hotel so that was cool. Back to the bad. I dont think this place owns a vacuum cleaner. Not only did I never hear one (in 2 days) the floors clearly show a lack of vacuuming. I could really care less about the floors but... maybe wear your shoes. The bed and the sheets looked clean enough. I pulled the sheets back and inspected the mattress and could not find signs of bedbugs. Also checked the dresser drawer and it looked fine to HOWEVER, something did bite my left arm in several places... so there is something and that's a little concerning. I looked around several times and couldn't find any signs so idk but the red itchy bumps didn't appear from magic. The place looks like it's undergoing some renovations or repairs. My key card worked the entire time i was here so there is that! Lol stand up glass door shower which is appreciated. Bit cramped but it does the job, only had the water temp up a bit over luke warm but it held that for the extent of the shower. Doordash does deliver the few options the town has. The bed is actually comfortable, if your a bigger person. If you're under 200lbs it might be too firm idk at 300 i thought it was quite nice. Ultimately if i could have found a place to park my truck, legally, in the general area I would have picked somewhere else. However, so long as I don't have bedbugs, I'll consider the price I paid worth what I got. I'll update this review should i find something."
