"I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE. I wish I wasn't having to write this for the world to see, but people need to know that you shouldn't call expecting any help from the staff. My mother was put on a medication by the PA, when it came time to refill this new medication, the online pharmacy wouldn't process it due to an incomplete prescription. Problem #1, shouldn't the PA be able to write the prescription so it could be filled? So, I contact the pharmacy and they ask me to contact the prescribing Dr. about rewriting the prescription. I call the office at 4:00 on a Thursday and ask to speak to the nurse or the PA, Problem #2. Nope, no can do, I can't even leave a MESSAGE for them to call me back. Evidently, once she enters dialysis, Dr. Moseley doesn't prescribe meds, (even though his name is on the prescription) you have to contact the dialysis clinic about that. Evidently he can't be bothered with his patients once they've entered dialysis. We are looking for a new internist who takes messages and returns calls."
