"I went in for my WIC card, and a young lady was working alone 12/29/21. She was able to replace my wic card in about 5 minutes, no wait and all she requested was my photo ID. Very fast, effective and efficient. I will be visiting this location more often."

"This has actually been my only bad experience here and it was all due to the lady at the front desk. I have never received attitude or ghetto behavior but I guess I was just lucky for the past 2 years. This is supposed to be a professional medical facility but when the front desk is literally rolling her neck and getting smart....someone needs to be replaced."

"This place is a joke. I'm a patient person and don't expect much when going to establishments that require to provide customer service. With that said, here is my experience. Front lady doesn't let you explain yourself well before she loses her patience, then gives you an attitude. Once you try to, she does not understand what's going on. You're better off talking to a brick wall or a rock. Office staff is incompetent, slow, and lazy. Two stars because at least I got what I needed from this place."
