They took an amazing amount of time being honest and explaining my situation to me in detail. Derek then explained to me exactly what I needed to do and why so I felt the quality of care was excellent, and above and beyond. My Doctor recommended this office and he never leads us wrong so once more I am happy I listened to his advice! "Highly recommend Gavin Orthopaedics! After crushing my thumb over the weekend in a door, come Monday morning I called a number of Orthopedic offices in the area and did some research. Gavin was highly rated AND had the benefit of offering a walk-in clinic allowing me to be seen same day. I actually drove an hour to their offices and was not disappointed! Even though Mondays are busy for them, the wait time was reasonable and they kept me informed of where I was in the queue. X-rays were taken on the spot and the PA who saw me (Derek) was friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions. They provided me with a splint, pain reliever prescription and a follow up plan. Fast, efficient and thorough. Very impressed."
